Vic: Worker freed from collapsed toilet block

MELBOURNE, Dec 18 AAP - A Melbourne worker who was trapped after the roof of a toilet
block he was demolishing collapsed on him, has suffered two broken arms.

Emergency services were called to the site at about 10am (AEDT) on Friday in Springvale
Road, Mulgrave, in Melbourne's east.

Two workers were beneath the roof when it collapsed, a police spokeswoman said.

One man escaped the wreckage while another 52-year-old man had to be rescued, the spokeswoman
said.
